Policy on Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, and Repairs

At Apis Tactical, we stand behind our products (period).  As part of our pledge to make sure every customer receives the maximum value for their money, we also add the assurance that if something goes wrong, the problem will be resolved quickly.

This generous policy requires communication and trust, …it’s a two-way street.  For us to take care of the problem, here’s what we need:

1.  A clear understanding of what the problem is from your perspective.

2.  Information as to exactly what the product is, where it was purchased, when it was purchased, and any details you have access to.

3.  If you don’t have access to or if you don’t remember some details like the order number, we can usually find what we need if we have your name (and the name of the person that purchased it, if it’s different from your name) and the original shipping address.

4.  Some understanding of how you expect us to resolve it, if you have a preference.  For example, are you looking for a fast replacement?  …do you just want a quick refund?  …do you need us to diagnose or fix a problem?

5.  Be sure to send a way to contact you by email, phone, and also include your preferred shipping address (if applicable).
